BIO Gordon Cook, Managing Director A Certified General Accountant with awards of a Fellow in 1991 and Life Membership in 1999, Gordon has devoted the past seventeen years with Commodity Tax Consultants Inc. (Newfoundland firm) and a large national contingency consulting firm in achieving recoveries for clients in the commodity tax field.

Prior to this, he was District Manager, Revenue Canada (CRA), Excise in St. John’s, NL and Regional Chief of Compliance, Revenue Canada (CRA), Excise Atlantic, Halifax, NS, responsible for audit, tax interpretations, Collection, duty and other related functions.

Gordon has developed in his years of experience and education an in-depth understanding and knowledge of the industrial, public and private sectors of Atlantic Canada. Recoveries, rebates and refunds centered around commodity Tax Issues attest to his up to date tax information, policies, procedures and comprehensive consultation.
